### WORK-IN-PROGRESS TALKS 

- Held approximately once a month during the academic year (dinner is provided)
- Students give work-in-progress presentations to get feedback from peers and faculty who are in attendance
- Intended to build community, a sense of belonging, and a deeper understanding of the study of molecular mechanisms outside of individual students' labs
